Orienteering race (Scottish 6 Days) 52:50 [3] **** 4.82 km (10:57 / km) +220m 8:55 / km
ahr:173 max:194 spiked:14/16c slept:6.5 shoes: Standard White O-Shoes

Day 1 at Dalruzion. Sunny and reasonably warm, but wet and slippery underfoot in the forest. Frustratingly slow terrain (quite physical) for the first 80% of the race, before finally I could get some pace in the open field at the end. I've got a decent amount of fitness at the moment, it was frustrating to have to go so slowly.

Actual distance run was 5.7km.
Finished 9th out of around 70 competitors on M21S.

A lot more restrained.

Still in some pain from Thurlon, so not a bad time really.

Cycle Commuting (Back Home) 25:05 [3] 8.83 km (2:50 / km)

Sorry to everyone on the canal towpath that I overtook at high speed.

Cycling long (Thurlon) 4:30:00 [2] 87.5 km (3:05 / km)
shoes: Specalized MTB Cleats

Whittlesford Station to Hackney, via Clavering and Roydon. On my own. Crosswinds rather than headwinds, mainly, but took it very easy.
