Still weak, although feeling a bit stronger than yesterday. No orienteering or training though until I've regained my natural weight. Not doing Epping tomorrow, BOC next weekend is 50/50 at this stage.

Started a spinning session, but 4km in, suddenly felt really weak. I think only having eaten a sandwich, nine hours earlier, had something to do with it - blood sugar levels really low, and I felt really faint. Went home and straight to sleep. Still feel really weak the following morning, time to get onto the carbs.

This session hurt a lot, I had the lactic-acid leg pain for pretty much the whole session, and had to hang on to do 10km. I think it was a combination of (a) doing it on T+2 after a race, (b) having been at a smoky pub beforehand, or most likely (c) being on a new bike that was quite a bit tougher than the regular ones. So I wasn't able to go to "level 8" that I normally do for short bursts. Definitely need another session this week, before the orienteering "double header" this weekend (and the British Champs next weekend!) 268kcal.
