On the easier bike. Found it difficult to keep pace in the middle section due to the slowly-increasing speed of the step machines beside me. Fought near the end for a sub-40 minute time, but it was not to be. Good workout though, some anerobic exercise near the end - or maybe my legs were just aching from the weekend's prolonged hill cycling. Felt really good at the end, I've come on a fair way in the last couple of months. HRmax definitely less than it used to be, for the same effort. 425kcal.
