Orienteering race (Regional Event) 1:03:09 [3] *** 6.92 km (9:08 / km)
spiked:14/19c slept:8.0 weight:151.4lbs shoes: Standard White O-Shoes

Essex Stragglers Regional Event at Hatfield Forest. Dead flat, should have been straightforward, but for my 9 minute error at 14 - a bingo control in a big patch of green yes, but I was too lazy to orienteer into the control and had to relocate twice! Then did a 180 leaving the control... Otherwise, a good run.

Cycling warm up/down (Getting to Event) 1:43:16 [2] * 16.7 mi (6:11 / mi)
slept:8.0 weight:151.4lbs shoes: £20 Lightweight Running Shoes

From Islington to Liverpool St Station in London, and then Bishops Stortford to Hatfield Forest (and then the return.) Entirely on roads.

Cycling long (National Cycle Route) 2:49:00 [2] * 24.0 mi (7:03 / mi)
slept:8.0 weight:149.6lbs shoes: £20 Lightweight Running Shoes

Part of my Cross-England bike ride, this section was from Islington to Erith. Initially following the Regent's Canal to Victoria Park, and then following National Cycle Route 1 alongside the River Thames, through Isle of Dogs, Greenwich and Woolwich.
