More a "clear my mind" run than anything else. Feeling pretty fatigued.

Heading for 2000km cycling in first quarter which is a bit of a jump on last year.

The long way round commute from now on to be known as the Mexican blackbird (It's a broken trail that leads to Old Mexico.)

Paddling 1:10:00 [3] 11.5 km (6:05 / km)

Started with group doing 4 and 1 to dights, dropped the last few and turned at deep rock and easy tempo back.

One guy fell in when a snake crossed the river in front of him.

Beautiful still glass evening paddle back.

Cycle 50:00 [3] 20.3 km (2:28 / km)

usual commute paddle and home, legs sore but still gave it good tempo with a few sprints including one for a motorized bike on the bike path, missed it at 46 km/h up hill.
