Running 21:29 [1] 3.0 km (7:10 / km) +13m 7:01 / km
ahr:118 max:135 shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 18

A little jog-walk session in the morning before I spend 7.5 hours sitting at a desk which I'm sure was the reason I got a twinge running after getting back from Canada. Will make sure I get up and stretch/ walk around every hour or so

10 x 1 min jog [1 min walk]. Was worried about it but it held up

NGOC League at Gloucester City - Blue 6.7km

Just walk-jogging round. First time I've run on this area and the course made use of the tricky bits well - if I was running I probably would have wasted a lot of time.

Swimming (Pool) 30:00 [2]

60 lengths. Less complaints today, just knackered

Wednesday Aug 10, 2016 #

Swimming (Pool) 30:00 [2]

66 lengths. This was hard work though as i was persistently having to overtake people so I was going at a faster pace and needed breaks after 22, 50 and 60. I'm too nice to tell people to their face but what I am thinking is: If you are swimming with a float, your not using your legs or can only use one arm, GET OUT OF THE FAST LANE
