Managed to catch Pete (just) and Tom twice as they ran a stupidly long way on a testing route. Pete flying, Tom crashing but recovering it just before the end. Impressive. Did one proper climb +33% on a pro cyclist which is better than my previous PB. Epic rain at the end which made me feel hardcore.

Running (Rugby Track) 45:00 [3]

With Elisha, 2 * (K, K, 2 * 400m). Lots of rest around the Ks, 30s between the fours. Okay first lap, legs absolutely gone on the second lap. Best thing is though my knee hasn’t had a go at me, yet.
