20*66s off 30s with 3 mins at half-way on the cricket pitches. Another guy returning from a break and some others suffering a little so wasn't hung out to dry this time. Legs tired at the start but they coped okay. Feel my lungs getting bigger but not able to get everything out of them. Need some tempo (Thursday) or some 400 reps on the track soon.
