Twisted both ankles a little bit on Saturday, right ankle not so happy.

Orienteering (British Long Champs Brown) 1:40:56 [3] 14.4 km (7:01 / km) +635m 5:45 / km

Mixed is probably the best way to describe it. Some really good bits, some poor mistakes, felt fit but unable to use it until the very end. Either way it was good fun apart from maybe number 5.

8 * 2 minutes but stomach wasn't feeling it so only managed 7. Getting about 670-675m distance and passing 400 in 69-70.
