Orienteering (Sutton Park Sevens Night) 37:30 [3] 4.8 km (7:49 / km)

Sort of footpath orienteering but tried to go straight or take off-path routes each time to make it a bit harder. Very joggy. Can't believe the forest is so clear of undergrowth and litter. Shocking holding of direction on two. Should have gone for an extra run. Keep forgetting to note that I twisted my right ankle at the Midland Champs last weekend (and a little before that) and its grumbling a little, also did the left this night.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 with not very restful 1min jog/run recoveries. Found it very tough to keep up to speed with Paul, but did make an effort to get away at the end of the last one. Followed by 4*300m 80+% efforts.

Slowly sliding exploring new muddy footpaths in the dark wearing f-lites. Very slow.
