Up Whiteladies from Ali's, over to the viewpoint and down and up the Goat Gully then dropped down the tramway to the quarry for the climb up to the top and back through the woods and pits to Quarry Steps and back. Nice.

Running (Bristol & West) 17:00 [3] 5.6 km (3:02 / km)

8*700m with Chris in the dark(?) on the back. First intervals since was last in Bristol in June. Loads of new people. Surprisingly very good. Still took it cautiously to start, but comfortably worked up to run the penultimate one with John and Owain and a super fast Will Russell.
