3 times Christmas Steps - St. Michael's Hill reps with an extension to the roundabout at the end. Pretty good. Def should do a few more.

Really grim, wet, windy, tough session. Makes you hard though.

2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1 minutes off 60s or 90 at the top. Did the first two pretty fast trying to keep ahead of everyone but Owain. Then most of the rest starting off slow and working through the group to the finish. Tried not to get beaten by the mud and rain on the flat and the hill well.

Really cold at every rest and then started shivering pretty badly when I got back to the pavilion. Felt very weak and had to get a lift back home with Keith.
