Mistakes a the start, okay in the middle, thirsty/cold/hungry at the end.

1. Shadowing Rachel around the intro course without paths.
2. Peg relay

Running (To the Triangle and back) 8:00 [3]

Cycle (To Clevedon and back) 1:52:00 [3] 49.1 km (2:17 / km) +580m 2:09 / km

With Ali. Across the Bridge, along the ridge past Failand, down to Portbury, over to Gordano School, along and over to Clevedon, along the promenade then back via Tickenham Hill, Wraxall and Belton Hill. Good ride, felt really good in parts. Belton Hill took more out of me than expected. Felt L knee a little bit early on.

Dead on the way back. Had to stop at Co-Op to eat.

Running (Bristol & West) 20:00 [3]

3*mile. Very (too) steady. Supposed to do 4 but did three 'cos I was lazy/didn't want to over-do it. Well behind. No knee problems.

Up down and around Brandon Hill. Perhaps a slight R knee pain on the way back.

Round Abi's course round the University and High Kingsdown. Started off well but then tired. Knee after about 15mins but not so bad. More stretching and rolling reqd.
