Super good fun darting all over the place in and out of the woods. Was trying quite hard most of the way. Loved it. First UBOC race of the year http://www.uboc.org.uk/blog-9-sweeping-the-board-i... :-p

From the house out to Montpelier. Through High Kingsdown across Stokes Croft to the train station. Wiggled along to the end and then back with slight variations. Nice exploring.

Couple of laps of Leigh Woods in the dark. Hadn't forgotten too much of it so got up to pace okay with only a few off-track moments.

Running (Team Monday run) 1:15:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:49 / km) +200m 6:15 / km

With Mark and Adam from Flax Bourton. Up the left-hand side of the Coombe and curled past Barrow Hill. Me and Adam almost got dropped by Mark on the track to Felton and only we managed to catch up when he got thwarted by some map errors.

Felton Common was nice but the massive quarry we came across on the way back wasn't so helpful so we did the last bit in the dark without lights. Still a nice run though and Bourton Coombe was as cool as ever.

Accidentally stole Mark's banana though when I got dropped off :/
