Running (Cross Country long run) 1:30:35 [3] 18.7 km (4:51 / km) +250m 4:32 / km

Water Tower, Ashton Court, Abbots Pool wiggle around, Leigh Woods, Towpath, Nightingale Valley, WT. Lots of stopping, remembered why I don't go for XC club runs, nice run but probably a bit longer than necessary.

Running race (Ashton Court Parkrun) 18:32 [3] 5.0 km (3:42 / km) +101m 3:22 / km

Kept forgetting about and missing Parkrun for the last few weeks but finally made it. Wasn't too sure on the startline how I was going do it but decided to try and go a little harder than usual up the hill. Did so but then could tell I wouldn't have much for the flat. Tim came past, tried chasing on the way back but didn't make much progress. Steady as ever down the the hill but did have a pacer for the last bit.

Running (AC/AP with John) 39:11 [3] 8.0 km (4:54 / km) +191m 4:23 / km

From the finish back up the track, forked left and cut up through the deer enclosure and out onto Beggar Bush Lane for a loop round the woods and Abbots Pool. Felt a bit shot on the way back due to lack of breakfast.

Cycle (To/from Parkrun) 20:00 [3] 7.5 km (2:40 / km)

Running (Downs run) 42:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:00 / km) +140m 5:27 / km

Up, across, one Strava effort, round, down the climbers' route, up the gully and mini slab then checking out the last un-surveyed part of the slope, found a few nice features then one fairly obvious missing trim trail feature on the way back which was a bit of an annoying surprise.
