Super good fun, cheers to SWOC for letting me run late. Didn't start from the real start so the first split's a little long. Slipped at #2 trying to avoid a freezing marsh by balancing on a log but ended up putting my hands in it instead, great, glad I wasn't wearing gloves. The forest was so so lush and so was running way too fast early on and not being definite enough with the compass. Settled into it on the way to nine and started pushing on, still with mistakes but much smaller. Feeling good in the running but need to be more disciplined with the orienteering.
