Running (Pen y Fan Horseshoe) 1:45:00 [3] 13.0 km (8:05 / km) +650m 6:28 / km

Drove to Mark's and got a lift up to Neuadd Reservoirs to start some OMM training. Did a clockwise loop climbing straight onto the ridge then up along to Corn Du and Pen y Fan. Down and up to Cribyn which didn't take as long as I was expecting then down to the land rover pass and down the track back to the car. Most of it was fine but got a little tired on the track at then end and was stumbling a bit. Ankle was fine apart from one step when it slipped off a rock and felt my knee on pretty much the last stride before the car. Good run, thanks Mark.

Taped the ankle for my first run since Burnsall. Think I taped it bit too much towards me so it was awkward at first but then it loosened up and didn't hurt so ran onto the monday night run.

Running (Team Monday run) 55 [3] 10.0 km (6 / km)

Nice run out to the far end of Ashton Court with the Bristol guys. Bit longer than was expecting but alright.
