I think 5, but maybe 6, slight efforts up the first part of the Briedden Hills main track. Getting my legs used to carrying me up hill and lungs used to doing some work.
Just taking it easy. One control in the wrong place and more thought could have been put into the map. Messed up 13 though.

Put more effort into this one. Ankle definitely gains from warming up. Still 1.10 down on Dave per lap, but at least I followed instructions and read the map properly.
