Strength & Conditioning (XC Circuits) 40:00 [3]

Early morning at the gym. Been meaning to go since the beginning of term and finally made it. The first few exercises were tough but by the second set was comfortable and was able to put more effort into the running part.

Orienteering (on the Downs) 40:00 [3]

45 controls zig-zagging in and out of the trees.
