Taped the ankle for my first run since Burnsall. Think I taped it bit too much towards me so it was awkward at first but then it loosened up and didn't hurt so ran onto the monday night run.

Nice run out to the far end of Ashton Court with the Bristol guys. Bit longer than was expecting but alright.
