Last run of December. Phew. Working 9-6 so it wasn't anything too crazy.

Glad that I tried this project. I've never been someone who could train without a rest day (tried it in 2008... bad idea). This was probably my most consistent month of running for a while (Jan2015 maybe?). It was tiring, and some days it was hard to get out the door, but never regretted it once I was out. So in some ways, it was the 'getting organised to go running' that was harder than the running itself. Have to think of a new aim for January/February.

Wasn't logging training much in Sept/Oct/Nov so hard to reflect on annual totals, there's a good few sessions missing.
