LL Carnawaddy. Glorious sunny day, though extremely cold. Still not venturing past the green.
Need to analyse this run in detail as my head wasn't in it at all. Silly mistakes and no flow. Late night out last night contributed. Recovery is just as important as training: good time of the year to remember this.
