5*1000m at Newbridge track. First harder session after being sick so ran at approx. 80% - being cautious. Intervals 1,3,5 were novelty intervals (touch ground after 100m, zig-zag after 200m, 180 degree turn after 300m, etc.); intervals 2,4 were normal. Mixture of grass and asphalt. Approx. 2 min recovery. 4:12, 4:04, 4:19, 4:02, 4:21.
