Loop around Newbridge. Pretty steady until I felt a can whizzing close to my shoulder. Glanced back and saw a woman running at me shouting abuse, so ran like crazy (3:15 min/km, according to my garmin) and heard the can (or another one?) land on the footpath behind me. This is the first time in all my years running that I've experienced anything like that, and hopefully it will be the last. Scary.
