DCU sprint on a new map. Mixture of tricky legs with fast running legs. Good fun. Also snowing, so good that there was no water around no. 15!

Night compass work on the Curragh. Hardly used my compass in the past so have decided to start practising with it. Did this session with Ruth and we started in opposite directions. Great to have company. Obviously, from looking at the map with my route, I need more practise with sessions like this. Lots of fun.

Sprint-O, UCD on a new map. Nicely planned course with a mixture of some tricky legs where you had to read ahead and route choices. Didn't see the olive green around no.20 in time and took the longer route. I didn't really stick to my pre-run training plans as I was just delighted to be out and didn't think about them!
Great to see two W18's, Roisin and Aoife, well up the results. Promising!
