Note

Max heart rate at end of relay...199...highest I've seen and my max heart rate has been increasing during past couple years. Was a time when I couldn't get it above 184. Need to verify it with another monitor. Might wear that for the wicklow way relay Sat week.
Will ask club coach should it be of concern.

Relay, this was fun, in a group of 4 with Jens, Aidan and UK guy. We were all watching each other a bit and dropping time but recovering. I overlooked for a while that there is no gaffling so didn't realise that we had to be on same course. The 4 of us spent nearly 2 mins looking for control 188, found 158...which was nearby. We dropped Jens just before closing loop, and the 3 of us finished together.

Really should have used A4 map, found it very difficult to find descriptions under all the folds, and I think would have been more fun if the whole relay started together.

Realised afterwards that left contact lens was not in properly which explains why I found map hard to read. Was using magnifier at times which hampers my ability to navigate on the run.
