Note

was going to do park run today but was ill yesterday evening. Others in family had vomiting bug a few days back. managed to avoid vomiting. had also committed to be summit marshal on Lug but pulled out last night. Actually well enough this morning so will see if I'm still needed.

Almost exactly same time as I did 2 years ago. This time a little quicker on the bog road both ways but a little slower on the ascent. Had a lot of passing to do on the ascent which added a little time.

Usually I get a breather on the decent, but I can do this one near enough flat out, resulting in jelly legs by time bog road is reached and thus the last 2k is tough!

Took it handy till 11, consciously upped the pace from there on, though got direction wrong to 19 and dropped 20 secs.
the tiny size of the control descriptions was comical! so was half expecting a mispunch at download.
