I had high hopes for this one, but it turned out to be one of my worst performances. I felt great for the first two hours and was happy with how I was moving, but my calf strain from last summer flared up at that point. I thought I was past that, maybe I won't ever be. I felt like I was being smart by forcing myself to stop running and I thought I would be able to walk the rest of the time, but even babying it over the elevation was too much for it, so I turned in early. It was hard not to be disappointed even though the weather was perfect.

I only hope now that the whole season isn't blown again. I think this means that the BG isn't really possible though.
