I listened to about 40 minutes of this podcast this morning and found it motivating. I intend to pay more attention to my self-talk before I go to train, and I also think I should really make more of an effort to get the benefits of the "social" factor that was described.

I printed a map of East Hartford and took it with me to discover a new playground that I haven't really been in much.
