I was inspired by the exciting finish after 7 long days of ARWC. I didn't get much sleep last night and its cold out, but that should not stop me after what those teams are going through.

I made few mistakes traversing controls 1-8. When I saw 9, I knew it was going to start getting interesting. I must of psyched myself out though, because I made a pretty big mistake trying to find it. I also had difficulty finding 13. I did come to realize that the state border I found was indeed the line on the map that I thought was a fence and that was enough to relocate. The scale of the map seemed a little bit off. I forgot to ask whether or not it was a little different from 1:10000 or my pace got a little shorter.
