I went back to Stratton Brook to rerun the first half of the red course. I can't say I did much better. I still messed up 8 and I tried to approach it as I had seen some other orienteers did.

Just a light drizzle this morning and a little warm. I had a tough time getting out of bed this morning, but I managed to rouse myself before falling back to sleep. I am feeling much better this week compared to last.
I just realized I had entered my heart rate zones incorrectly. I fixed it now. I was wondering why it looked strange.

Had a good easy run. I took the busy section of town going out and then the nice quiet loop back. Still some slight twinge of discomfort in my shins, but I really enjoyed going along at my easy pace.
