Note

I just figured out how to upload GPS data. What a cool feature! I need to get a forerunner. I never clicked on the little globe before. I always wondered how people knew where other people had run. I am a little slow.

Went up to Birch mountain for a run. It was worth it. In the shade, only saw two other people and quite a different workout from a road run. I must admit, I had started stronger than I finished.

I have decided that it is time that I teach myself to do the front crawl properly. The hardest part for me is the breathing. I didn't count how many laps, but it wasn't that many. Just tried to get across the pool and continue to breathe.

Magnificent morning to be out. There is a rafter of turkey that have been frequenting the driveway. I caught them off guard when I stepped out this morning. And they greeted me when I got back, reluctantly no doubt. The poults have gotten quite large and rapidly.
