Pushups(35, 30 15) and crunches (70, 25, 50). I feel like I am getting stronger, but it is taking a long time to shed this excess weight.

These sprint courses on the campus were really fun. It makes me look forward to the Umass campus coming up soon.

I tried out the training at Blue Hills. I thought it was definitely worthwhile. I did the attackpoint exercise and the contour exercise and then picked up the flags for the orange course. I have not orienteered in the woods since the leaves came in and I think that made for me having an off day. No bears, but I saw three deer really close. Thanks guys for the valuable training.
