It felt good to get out on a trail. Couldn't really handle it with my excess baggage. Miserably slow and painful. But glad to be out there. And I got to see Clint and Jim too. It took me 36 minutes to do one lap that was only 2.5 miles. I thought I might get in two laps, but I was short of time and breath, so I only went around with Jim for another 10 minutes and then turned back.
