7 AM

Running 47:00 [3] 5.4 mi (8:42 / mi)

Crap. Today was bad.

Decided to run this AM but I had a very bad attack of the "I think I'm going to faint" thing. Decided to do the HP loop. Down to the bridge along the bike path and back on the DC side. Awesome, no problem. In fact, I was planning on just running to the Lincoln Mem. (5 miles) but I had time and felt good enough, so I decided to extend it to 7 miles. At about half way I was kinda feeling "meh" and running pretty slow but that was ok, just trying to get outside. Then, once I got back to the cemetery, I had to stop (key word: stop. Stopping is bad.) to let a fire truck pass me. ruh roh. The second I stopped it hit me. Felt veery faint, vision gone, hearing going, got the chills, legs felt like bricks.

At this point I was around 1.5 miles away from the apartment. I didn't have my phone, cuz why would anyone run with their phone, and Will wasn't at home anyways. Walked very slowly along the bike path which was a slight downhill and focused on my breathing. There was no where to sit and I didn't want to look like I was dying sitting in the grass so I kept moving... veeery slowly. Then I had to walk up the tiny little baby hill next to Iwo Jima. Holy S*%!. Almost collapsed. I couldn't lift my legs. My breathing was super shallow, I felt freezing cold (it was probably 85 degrees out) and I was going to pass out. This happened every time I had to walk uphill (even just 1% uphill).

I was really hoping a police officer would be hanging by the cemetery gate because I was going to ask for help to get home. That's how bad it was.

No police officer. Crap. Still had to walk another 1.25 miles to get home. Kept a lookout for my friend who lives in the area and I see outside a lot. She could help get me home. Didn't see her. ANYWAYS, I BARELY MADE IT and had to stop 3x. It took me 40 min to walk 1.5 miles since I was literally just trying not to pass out. It was terrible and scary. Got home and felt exhausted. Slept for 2 hours like a rock.

It's 2pm now. Ate some lunch, trying to stay hydrated and fueled. Still feeling groggy and weak. Need to see a doctor, it's getting a little out of hand. (my bff from high school had a similar issue and they never figured it out so idk)
