Lots of fun and hard work. So many hills! :p
Ran pretty well and stayed in contact with the map the whole time instead of just tagging along. Finished 2nd women behind Alex but it was very close between me and both Annas, Peggy and Angelica Riley ,we were all near each other the whole time but my young legs got me to the finish fastest. Skipped number 18 since it seemed a bit out of the way and I think it was a good choice, but we could have skipped plenty others :)
One more race tomorrow :/ ugggghhh that makes 4 days of racing in a row. Maybe I can get out of it and run for a long time instead, I'm pooped :)

Yet another all time PB! I'm soo excited that I broke 2:33 but I even broke frinkin' 2:30!!! Got out fast again which seems to be working better than saving myself for the rough middle. The rough middle part of the race doesn't come as bad when I go out faster, surprisingly. I should have listened to coach earlier! ;)
Our first leg had to drop out since she hurt her hip so we were in a bit of a scramble to get a new runner but we pulled it off. I think we would have won if she didn't drop but we ran well in such a rush :)

2nd heat seated 12 finished 2nd!
Great race, All time PB. Coach was sooo happy and so was I of course.
Started off at around 8th and picked it up a lot second lap. The people in front of me slowed down a lot and they were in a big group so I had to go way around them which annoyed me, but made me go faster :) The only person in front of me was from my team and is usually 20 or so seconds ahead of me so I think I really ran well. Definitely got out early which didn't feel as bad as I expected, I never really died so I'll try to do that a lot more. Hopefully I can keep it up and drop those times!

Every time I run this my calfs get really tight, it happened again today that's why my time is horrible.
Also my top right arm/ shoulder and the right side of my back are really sore to movement and touch. Not sure if its because I fell or something else but it's annoying
