Didn't run because my shins have been hurting a little but they are better than last week so I just wanted to be safe. I was supposed to do a hard 1200, jog 100m, hard 400 and then jog 5 minutes 3x. So I did 4:28 hard, 1 min easy, 1:08 hard, 5 min easy 3x. Then I rounded out the time by going to 45
