Track running 13:00 [3] 1.75 mi (7:26 / mi)
Mid afternoon practice. Was supposed to do 4x600 at 75sec 400 pace and then a 300 all out. First 600 was on pace, then 150 meters into the second everything changed. Started feeling very hot, body just didn't want to move, whole interval kinda fell apart. Coach said to do an easy jog and I'd finish off with some 100s. After the third 100, my body just couldn't do it...collapsed and had to be carried inside. Felt super tired, hot, nauseous, eyes felt very heavy, dizzy, legs literally couldn't move. I was obviously overheating. Spent some time inside getting ice and liquids. Quite a terrible experience.
