Cycling (17.1 mph) 1:12:00 [3] 20.6 mi (17.2 mph)

Hit the rail to trail for a little wrist pressure therapy. Mostly stayed on the TT bars, but switched to the regular bars a few times. Felt really great for the first half an hour, then I started feeling it a bit, but even then it was surprisingly good!

Hike 1:15:00 [3]

Took doggo out. Legs were tired, haven't felt that in a while lol

Trail Running 1:05:00 [3]

Obligatory/ celebratory first trail run in a loooooong time. I was crawling but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Went to the doctor yesterday (hopefully for the last time ever) and this was probably the first time in 2 years that he's given me good news. Wrist is healing really well, yay! I have about 50% mobility right now and it'll take about another year to get to 100 but I can finally start therapy next week so that'll make it feel better. Also got the ok to start riding again. I have to start really slow and practice applying pressure to my wrist but I'll take it! The internals of my wrist are very brittle and will be that way for the rest of my life so I'll always have to be more cautious about falling... but it's much better than being in pain. Happy to finally be moving in the right direction after such a long time. No more surgeries please.
