Lots of sitting in traffic waiting to get back into Merica. After that we visited Geneso and got to meet the track coach and some athletes. Another great school with a nice running program but very different from Toronto.

Visited university of Toronto. Elina and I spoke with the track coach and he showed us around the campus. Then he invited us to their track practice later that day so we showed up and met some of the people on the team. They were doing a workout but we ran with them for about 20 minutes and then ran around the campus. They were all very nice and the campus was beautiful.

Ran to the track in the pouring rain. I tried barefoot running on the turf field to see if it wouldn't hurt my legs. It didn't work, I think it may have been worse so I stopped after about ten minutes. Luckily there was no one at the track because I probably looked like a freak running around in the rain with no shoes on

I made one mistake on number five; I was in the correct area but kept running to the wrong rock feature so my time was mostly wasted wandering right next to the control. The rest of the course was pretty smooth but some of my route choices weren't the best. I was going slow because my legs were in quite a bit of pain the whole time. I should probably go back to the doctor, but I'm glad I finally got to orienteer again.
