DMR relay. I started the race for our team and did an 800 and was in first for my leg of the race. Our team stayed in first until the last person who ran a mile, and was passed at the end by one other person, but it was a great race.

4X800. Ran a much slower time but i kept our team in first place for my leg. when the last person on my team ran she was passed at the end and we got second place by just a few seconds. It was another great race though.

Note

Today we did 2X600 with 3 min. rest in between, 2X400 with 2 min rest, 2X200 with 1 min. rest and 2X100 with 30 sec. rest. We had to jog for 5 min. when we went form the 600's to the 400's to the 200's and then to the 100's.
