Today we did 2X600 with 3 min. rest in between, 2X400 with 2 min rest, 2X200 with 1 min. rest and 2X100 with 30 sec. rest. We had to jog for 5 min. when we went form the 600's to the 400's to the 200's and then to the 100's.
