Track workout Tuesday woohoo! 6x800 at some sort of a pace, our coach kinda just told us to run. With 3 minutes rest in between. I guess it was supposed to be faster than last time we did this (which it was). Good fun. 2:45 average, I believe my fastest was 2:38 and my slowest was 2:50

Not a pr, not my best race but we ran well as a team and ended the day as county champs, and that's all that really matters. We had our top 5 runners within the top 10 places of the race and that was without two of our varsity girls running.

Not a good day for me individually :/ but we killed it as a team. Had our whole varsity team within the top 15 places of the race out of 120ish runners. We also won the merge by quite a bit. A good step for our team this season but we still have lots of work to do. It bugs me that road runs are faster than my races in terms of my pace

Victory 4 run. Started off strong with Elina, then my contact fell out and I couldn't see so I had to stop and fix that which was quite an inconvenience. It was hard trying to get back on pace after and I ended up running a few meters behind Elina until the end. New pr for this run I believe

20 ish seconds faster than last year, I'll take it. Today was our league meet, we crushed it by having our top 5 in 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th and even our 6th and 7th runners were 7th and 9th in the race. We also won the merge of all the other teams in the other race which puts us far ahead of the second place team for counties.

Ehh, one pretty bad mistake on number 2. Wasted time wandering, then I relocated, made a mistake again, wandered some more, then finally realized how stupid I am. Wasted a good 8 minutes on one control :/ I should have relocated to a more obvious feature. Oh well, ya live and ya learn. Also had a bobble or two on some of the shorter, more technical legs. Definitely not my worst race, I was actually really happy with how most of it went.

Red-x at US champs. I was actually really happy with my race. My biggest mistake was one 3 ish minutes, but the rest was pretty smooth. I was happy with most of my route choices and I think I did a good job controlling my speed because I tend to run too fast for my navigation skills.
