Walking around the neighborhood, which was our attempt to get Deirdre and Fiona off of all the iPods and iPads and get them outside, I guess it worked. Rusty came along while the two of them took scooters.

Today we also helped our cross country/ track coach with a track camp thing for younger kids at the middle school. There was a lot of running around but it was fun. The best part was at the end where we made 6 and 7 year olds do a 4X100 meter relay. They didn't understand the whole concept of passing the baton on to your team mate very well... or staying in your lane, or waiting until you have the baton to run...and the idea that you need to run the whole time when your in a race. But besides that I'd say it went pretty well :)

Note

Haven't been doing much recently mostly because of studying for finals and regents exams...also we are supposed to take about a month off of running (yeah right) after track has ended, but I can't wait that long to run again :), even though it's good to have breaks. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get out and run.

Ran the brown course at Lake Welch, caught up to elina and beat her! I ran pretty well with only one small mistake that I shouldn't have made. But overall a good run.
