DMR relay. I started the race for our team and did an 800 and was in first for my leg of the race. Our team stayed in first until the last person who ran a mile, and was passed at the end by one other person, but it was a great race.

Today we did 2X600 with 3 min. rest in between, 2X400 with 2 min rest, 2X200 with 1 min. rest and 2X100 with 30 sec. rest. We had to jog for 5 min. when we went form the 600's to the 400's to the 200's and then to the 100's.

Ran for an hour. The first 15 min. were like a warm up, then for 30 min. we had to do build- ups within the run where we ran hard for 2 min and then slowed down for 3 min. The last 15 min were like a cool down.

Fool's Rogaine. 100 circles on the map, but only 25 had actual controls at them so we had to visit them all. We got 24 out of 25, we must have missed one. Rusty also came along.
