Got up and ran a loop to check most of Brett's controls from yesterday. All was good and nothing blew down overnight.

Course setting at Fire Mtn. I started setting controls about 9:30 and I think we finished the last control around 3:30. It was not fast paced since we had all day to get them set.

Biking (Spin) 1:07:00 [4] 25.0 mi (2:41 / mi)

Spin class. Pushed pretty hard. The bike said I averaged 232W for the 1hr class. I think I was 3rd overall in the class. Lead dog was at 260W avg.

I had to blow off some steam so I headed to the KRA erg room. They had a workout on the white board so I followed it. Standard waormup followed by 9x (3min on by 2min off at varying stroke rates). These were grouped in sets of 3. I think the first set was 26-28-30. The second 28-30-28 and the third 30-28-30 for each minute. Good workout.
