I got to the waterfront early so I hopped on the erg for about 15min (~3k) and got in a warmup. We had only 6 tonight for the boat but it was a great evening on the water with a strong crew. We practiced some racing starts and then did a sprint (~1-2k). We got the boat moving pretty well. Probably one of the best sessions on the water this year for me.

Parked at Windy Ridge and did an out and back ride on Plains of Abraham at Mt. St. Helens. This has been on my radar for a long time and I finally got to ride it. There were clouds covering the summit most of the day, but I still had nice views and super cool scenery. I saw a few other hikers and bikers on the trail. Some day I want to go back and ride the entire way down to Ape canyon. My turn-around was at the Loowit and Ape canyon junction.
