On water rowing session. We had a full 8 and I was rowing #6 today. Perfect morning on the water. Better rowing for me than the previous time, but still many things to fix.

On water row session. I was rowing in #4 on port side. I was struggling a bit tonight with technique and timing. It seemed like I was always late to the catch and had trouble rolling up at the right time. I think since I was late to the catch I was also putting in arms way to early. I think this probably was the best and fastest crew I've rowed with so far and I was certainly the weak link, but it was still very fun and a really beautiful evening on the water.
Indoor rowing session. I lengthened the rows to about 1.5km segments with pick drills in between. Afterwards I did the rope pull machine, Jacob's ladder (500ft, ~5min), and some abs.
