Swim 40:00 [3]

Did some warmup aqua-running (~5min) and then 3x (2:00 hard by 1:00 rec.). Then I swam approx. 400yds. I wrapped it up with treading with the brick.

Did 20min on the indoor bike, followed by some strength work.

Swim (Aqua run) 50:00 [3]

Aqua run, about 5min warmup followed by 10x 1min hard by 1min recovery. Swam a couple of laps for cool down. Then treading with the brick: 1min only feet straight into 1min only hands, 1min recovery then 30sec right arm extended then 30 sec left followed by 1min recovery. Then one final 1min only feet.

Tuesday Feb 7, 2017 #

Rowing (indoor) 40:00 [4] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

Indoor row session. Started with 1k warmup and then did a 500m all out at damper setting 3. The all out 500 was 1:41.6 then I followed that with 9x (500m hard by 1min recovery) for a total of 10x (500m x 1min rec.). Most of my 500's were in the 1:50-1:55 range. Pretty good workout.
