Indoor spin class with the Mrs. teaching. I was pushing over 300W for most of the class and I think I got up to around 445W max. Felt pretty good to push hard.
Afternoon snow ride at Newberry. It was pretty fun get out. I rode the usual loop of Ricochet, Gear Jammer, and Strange Days. I tried to keep moving pretty fast the whole time.
Shadowing Kid #1 on the elementary course. Unfortunately I had to help him at the start after he got frustrated, but after that he did really well. We did the line-O course afterwards.

Since we were over on the East side for o-ing I wanted to hit Duthie after. We finally got there after lunch and everything around 3:30 so I didn't have much daylight. Kid #1 and I rode a few laps down Dueces Wild and rode the Boot Camp trail.
I just looked at my yearly training totals for 2017 and it looks like I only have 8 more hours to go to surpass my all time hourly high of 234hrs in 2008. This was a bit surprising to me as it doesn't seem like I have been getting a lot of training in this year. I certainly have been getting a lot more snow skiing time in last winter so that inflates the numbers a bit.

Indoor rowing session. I rowed a 1k warmup and then took a brief rest and then rowed a continuous 4km after that. Just long and steady. Felt a bit tired today.
Indoor rowing today. The display was not working on the machine so my distance was an estimate. I wanted to do 500m intervals, but I chose to do 2min intervals since the display wasn't working. I did a 5min warmup followed by 7x (2min hard by 1min rest).
The morning row was canceled last minute due to heavy fog on the bay. I joined the group on the ergs instead. We did a 10min warmup followed by 2x (2500m intervals with 2min rest). I did an extra 1km at the end. My 2500m times were 9:54 and 9:58.
