Got a skate session in on my way to PA for the track meet. Skated on the ODT from the Morse creek bridge out to the straight, 3 laps. Nice morning, not much traffic on the trail. Felt good.
Rode to Mother hill with the team and then did 5x 2:00 hills on the SS. My other mtb needs some work before I can ride it, but I needed it today. The SS on the hills does not work very well. I could ride about 3/4 of the hill before it was hike-a-bike time. Need to get the geared bike going for future practices. My home to-do list is long right now.

Today I figured it was either an option to swim outdoors or indoors. I choose the latter. Swam 15min continuous freestyle. Then I did 35min of aqua running doing 2:00 on by 1:00 easy.

Ride at Newberry following two of my tracksters. They ran pretty easy, but it was good for them to be out on the trails for an hour.

Took a spin on the SS by myself out on the Newberry trails after the guys finished the run. Tried to keep the cadence high and get a good workout in. Nice morning.
